As Managing Director of Google for Africa, Mr. Okosi is responsible for Google’s operations in Africa, including programs to help businesses and economies across the continent grow, as well as expanding access and providing tools to help the next billion users get the most out of the web.
As Managing Director of YouTube EMEA Emerging Markets, Alex built a profitable growth strategy for YouTube in the region and ensured the success of creators across music, art, gaming and media. He was instrumental in establishing the $100 million Black Voices Fund in EMEA and partnered with Idris Elba to launch the annual Africa Day benefit concert.
