Journalist, Founder of AfroVibes
Omose Ighodaro is a journalist and event moderator who graduated from Columbia University's Journalism School. She has experience as a features and business reporter for the BBC, Bloomberg News, and more. Prior to becoming a journalist, she spent three years on the business side of media at Hearst Television and founded AfroVibes.com, an online publication that includes feature stories highlighting African celebrities and business leaders.
Omose also has degrees and experiences in business admin, entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, video production, and pageantry.
A few interviews she’s recently secured span from CEOs, to NBA players, U.S. billionaires, Netflix actors, TV personalities, celebrity musicians, Olympians, U.S. mayors, C-suite executives, renowned medical doctors, local students and employees, among several others. Additionally, Omose has traveled overseas to Nigeria to secure international interviews.
