Delwende Eliane Birba

Delwende Eliane Birba is the Founder and CEO of AI-KING GROUP, a technology startup focused on delivering AI-driven solutions to healthcare and financial inclusion challenges across Africa. She leads the development of innovative platforms such as SuiviVital, a health service that improves healthcare outcomes, and RoyalPay, which aims to enhance financial transactions through the integration of multiple payment methods. A dedicated academic and entrepreneur, Eliane is pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center, specializing in AI and cancer research. She holds a Master of Science in Data Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. Her extensive background enables her to develop cutting-edge technologies tailored to Africa’s needs. 

Eliane’s career spans multiple sectors, including her role as a Machine Learning Lecturer at the Virtual University of Burkina Faso, where she contributes to training future AI professionals. Under her leadership, AI-KING GROUP has reached significant milestones, including the pilot stage of SuiviVital, aimed at improving healthcare management through AI-driven solutions. An active advocate for African-led AI innovation, Eliane is a key member of the African Women in AI movement and a speaker at international conferences, including AI in Healthcare West Africa. Her work continues to push the boundaries of responsible AI, addressing critical global challenges.
