Sherry Dzinoreva

Sherry Dzinoreva is the Director of Public Policy – Programs and Product for Africa, Middle East, and Türkiye (AMET) at Meta. In this role, she leads teams driving regional programs, community partnerships, and product strategy for WhatsApp, Instagram, and AI. During her tenure at Meta, Sherry has been instrumental in launching transformative initiatives such as NG_Hub, an innovation and skills development center in Lagos; MyDigital World, a digital literacy program empowering youth, educators, and parents; and a suite of grants, mentorship, and training programs that support creators and developers throughout the AMET region. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to building inclusive digital ecosystems and fostering local talent.
