Maryam Bukar Hassan, known as Alhanislam, is the first-ever UN Global Advocate for Peace, an acclaimed performance poet, storyteller, and advocate, named among the 100 Most Reputable Africans in 2025. As the founder of True My Voice, a UN SDG Finalist, she nurtures poets for digital advocacy and storytelling.
